Classify the request

Ask whether the review concerns identity, address, payment ownership, enhanced due diligence or source of funds. Record the case number, deadline and accepted document types.

A generic request for more documents is not enough. Request the specific file and field that failed or remains missing.

Match the account fields

Compare legal name, birth date and address with the profile before uploading anything. If the profile is wrong, ask support to correct it rather than altering a document.

For address evidence, retain the issuer, date and full address. Cropping around one line can hide the context needed for approval.

Prove payment ownership safely

Follow the current masking instruction for card or bank evidence. Never expose a PIN, CVV, password, seed phrase or one-time banking code.

For crypto, save the transaction ID, network and owned-wallet address requested. Do not send a private key or pay an unknown verification fee.

Close the review loop

Record the submission timestamp and file category, then wait through the stated review window before uploading duplicates.
